Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including:
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
• Sale items or gift cards.

How to Exchange an Item
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to send back the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request an exchange within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
No Refunds Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Once an item is exchanged, the new item cannot be returned for a refund.
