Order Processing Time
We process all orders within one week (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, and shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic Shipping (Pakistan): [5-7] business days
• International Shipping: [10-14] business days
Please note that delays may occur due to customs, unforeseen weather conditions, or courier issues.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. However, customs and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier. For damaged packages, please reach out to us at beygumbano@gmail.com within [7] days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
